You can absolutely request a different thread color! We love custom orders.
Shipping
Ready to ship items are prepared to ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders (items that are personalized) usually require 3-5 business days to be created prior to shipment.
Returns
We accept returns on ready to ship products (some exclusions apply) within 30 days of purchase. Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned, but if there is a problem with your product please send an email to heybymisssally@gmail.com
