  • One-Time Fee: Pay this setup fee once, and your logo is ready to be embroidered on any of our products.

  • High-Quality Results: Ensures your logo looks sharp, vibrant, and consistent across all items.

Please provide your logo in black and white PNG or JPG format. We will have our digitizer convert it to a file that our embroidery machines can read in no time. Email your logo to our team at heylinds@bymisssally.com to get started. 

 


  • Shipping

    All items are made to order. Please allow a 7-10 business day processing time for your item to be made just for you. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

    Please note the 7-10 business day processing time does not include shipping transit time. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

  • Returns

    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your order, please contact me within 10 business days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

    Stitch & Dagger Apparel is happy to consider exchanges as long as the item is returned in new, unused, and unworn condition. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for an exchange.

    Please contact me before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

    Items customized with a name or custom phrase are not eligible for exchange or return.
